Kenneth Kaplan

Ken Kaplan is the Founder of Kaplan Law. With over 30+ years of experience in all aspects of corporate and business law, Ken has served as in-house counsel to several corporations and has also worked at some of the top law firms in the tri-state area.  Ken has extensive experience in all types of commercial transactions with a particular emphasis on commercial agreements for emerging and established companies.

 

Ken has completed more than one thousand transactions for businesses throughout the US and internationally. He also routinely serves as lead counsel on complex acquisition and financing transactions including Mergers & Acquisitions and venture capital matters. Ken received his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University School of Law - Newark; he also holds a Masters Degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Phoenix, and a B.A. from New York University.
